Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Provides assistance and support to physicians and other medical providers in assessing, planning, and providing patient care. Must have completed advanced education and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions and chronic illnesses. Provides care in a specialty area such as surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, etc.
Graduate of a State Board and NLN Accredited Advance Nurse Practitioner Program, State Certification required; National Certification preferred. Master's Degree required
Advanced Nurse Practitioner Experience Preferred
Current license to practice as Advance Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas required
Certification as Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Association preferred
