Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Physician Jobs in Seattle, WA
Seattle, Washington - Seeking a Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure physician to join a growing, well-supported team at Swedish Medical Group's dedicated Advanced Cardiac Support Clinic. This is a multi-disciplinary team, including cardiology, CT surgery, pulmonary and nephrology, dedicated to all aspects of heart failure and chronic disease management - both systolic and diastolic heart failure. Its main focus is population health and chronic disease management, including cardiomem, remote monitoring and developing telehealth. The ideal candidate will have a background in informatics or epidemiology.
Solely heart failure-based practice.
Participate in the management of inpatient ECMO and LVAD, and cardiogenic shock.
Opportunity for research and clinical trials; Swedish has been a lead enroller or only enroller in several clinical trials in the Pacific Northwest, including CHAMPION, COAPT and PARADIGM.
Program has a dedicated pharmacist, social worker, dietitian and research scientist.
