This is not the boonies. We currently offer Symfony/PanOptix and toric IOLs, iTrack cannaloplasty, iStents, SLTs, PIs, blephs, and minor office adventures, but refer out for trabs, cornea/refractive, retina, peds, and complex plastics. Our OD's are experts with contact lenses (including complex scleral fits) and handle all non-surgical glaucoma, AMD, etc with excellence. Feel free to add new services and overflow our parking lot! Lots of latitude.
We are consummate brats, with every diagnostic/treatment gadget that we want, and a Formula One racing simulator that I plan to start using more, when you take this job. We work our technicians, scribes, and opticians like rented mules, to make the docs' day easier. Our expert full-time IT, HR, and billing pit crew will keep your productivity maximized. We'll be off of paper charts in the next 3 months, with me kicking and screaming, and gnashing my teeth.
You will make great money, with every benefit there is. Prepare to be amazed! I didn't want to have to do this, but to sweeten the deal, we'll even throw in bug spray, bear spray, hairspray (it can get windy), snowshoes and a snowmobile (circa 1992)!
We're looking for a long-term partnership relationship, with all the responsibilities that requires (yes, Mitch, there will be on-call duties...and meetings), but you'll be treated like royalty.
