RWJBarnabas Health and Children’s Specialized Hospital are Seeking Developmental Pediatricians and Pediatric Neurologists for Employment in NJ
RWJBarnabas Health and Children’s Specialized Hospital are seeking fellowship trained Developmental Pediatricians and Pediatric Neurologists to meet the growing demand for care in locations throughout New Jersey. As the largest section of Developmental Pediatricians in the country, Children’s Specialized Hospital is home to 21 developmental pediatricians and 13 Nurse Practitioners.
This is a chance to join a multidisciplinary team with a wide array of specialists to support patients and their families including child & adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians. As part of RWJBarnabas Health, Children’s Specialized Hospital is also part of the largest integrated health care system in New Jersey.
All Developmental Pediatrician positions are outpatient with flexibility on schedule and strong compensation and benefits. With residents and fellows rotating throughout the outpatient clinics, these roles also allow for research, teaching, and academic opportunities. Locations for available positions can span from Northern, NJ to Southern, NJ including:
Jersey City, NJ
Toms River, NJ
Qualified candidates must be fellowship trained in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, and Board Certified in DBP (or board eligible for new fellows). Applicants with an active New Jersey medical license are ideal.
We are open to new graduates as well as experienced physicians! Please note that experienced candidates may be eligible for a $20,000 signing bonus while current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the fellowship stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of fellowship!
