Opportunities exist to provide inpatient pediatric and newborn care in ChristianaCare at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. As the largest academic institution in the state, Pediatric faculty will have the opportunity to teach Pediatric residents (Nemours duPont Hospital for Children's/Jefferson), Med-Peds residents, Family Medicine Residents and medical students (Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University), in addition to physician assistant and nurse practitioner students. CPH physicians also contribute to collaborative efforts to improve quality and safety for pediatric and newborn patients, and serve leadership roles at our main and satellite campuses.
