As the PATH Center Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Pediatric HIV/ID Physician and multidisciplinary team, to develop and provide a primary care plan and targeted education for HIV pediatric and adolescent patients. This will include obtaining histories, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and monitoring adherence to program to ensure high clinical standards and high-quality care.
