Reporting to the Enterprise-level COO for Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital-Stanford (LPCH) and working closely as the administrative dyad partner to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, the incumbent is responsible for a network of hospital and physician relationships as well as oversight of physician practice operations in all outpatient locations affiliated with Stanford Children’s Health across Northern California, totaling approximately 60 locations. These practices provide a combination of general and specialty pediatric and obstetric services, within a governance model that includes leadership oversight and management facilitation for PCHA & the Faculty Practice Organization.
Critical to success is a leader that collaborates with senior leaders across the system to deliver on important organizational initiatives to include the strategy development of the ambulatory network, acquisitions for future practices, and management of key joint venture relationships.
