As leader of the Community, the Administrator is responsible for ensuring Amaran's standards of excellence for resident care and satisfaction are maintained and key performance metrics including occupancy, regulatory compliance and financial benchmarks are met.
In addition, the Administrator oversees the day to day operations of the community, must have a sincere interest in providing quality and innovative care for seniors, be knowledgeable and remain compliant with state and federal regulations, act as a point of contact for state surveys, meet budget and census guidelines and ensure positive resident relations.
