Why Join Us?
The ChristianaCare Pediatric Center, anticipated to open in Summer 2022, is an exciting new, collaborative practice model designed to deliver 24/7 high quality urgent and emergent pediatric care in a family-centric environment. Our mission is twofold: to provide exceptional care for children, and to provide an exceptional work environment for our faculty and staff. The 14-bed Center will employ pediatric- and emergency medicine-trained physicians and staff. Half of the rooms will be equipped for observation stays. Available imaging modalities include x-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI. Multidisciplinary teams will benefit from a longitudinal simulation and didactic curriculum, and faculty will have resident teaching opportunities.
