Postdoctoral positions available at the Center for Stem Cell & Organoid Medicine (CuSTOM) at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
The Wells lab seek motivated collaborative postdoctoral fellows to investigate single cell genomics of human GI organoids in
regenerative medicine. Studies will focus on bioengineering nextgen multilineage organoids and defining the genetic/epigenetic regulation of the mesenchymal niche that supports engraftment during transplantation. CuSTOM (www.cincinnatichildrens.org/custom ) is a multi-disciplinary center of excellence integrating developmental and stem cell biologists, clinicians, bioengineers and entrepreneurs with the common goal of accelerating discovery
and facilitating bench-to-bedside translation of organoid technology. Cincinnati Children's Research Foundation is the largest pediatric research institute in the world, with a multibillion-dollar endowment and state-of-the-art facilities including a human pluripotent stem cell facility, CRISPR genome editing, single cell genomics, biomedical informatics, a Nikon Center of Excellence and much more.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required: PhD or equivalent doctoral degree.
Preferred: Successful candidates must hold the PhD, MD, or MD/PhD degrees be highly motivated and have passion for collaborative research. Experience with computational biology and/or human pluripotent stem cells is an advantage.
