Position Summary:
The Manager-MB Clinics is responsible for the growth, development, and operations of assigned programs/departments in South Sound locations. Responsibilities include budgetary accountability, annual goal development and execution, continual survey readiness and compliance, employee/provider engagement, policy and competency development, and direct supervision of staff. The manager works closely with the Administrator to establish strategic vision and objectives in alignment with and support of Mary Bridge Childrens Hospital and Health Network (MBHHN) strategic goals and objectives.
This individual maintains broad responsibilities for all administrative functions of the practice locations, including operations, marketing, finance, assisting in managed care/third party contracting when requested, physician compensation and reimbursement information when requested, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary service general knowledge and planning and development.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires five (5) years of experience in the specialty field
Requires three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
