St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a full-time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist on behalf of Ellis Hospital located in Schenectady, New York.

Ellis Hospital is a 150-bed community hospital with inpatient Adult and Adolescent Psychiatric Units. The Ellis Psychiatry program has been helping people overcome mental illness for more than 50 years and offers specialized services for children and adolescents.

The selected candidate will provide inpatient coverage for adolescent patients at the Ellis Hospital campus and will work collaboratively with the Hospitalists, specialists, and community providers. The candidate will also collaborate with the Ellis Hospital behavioral health outpatient team.

The schedule for this full-time opportunity is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Night call is rotating, and weekend call is voluntary.

Interested candidates should have the following:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry required
• Experience in an inpatient setting is also preferred
• DEA Licensure/NYS licensure required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
