Position SummarySIGN ON BONUS INCLUDEDThis position is responsible for managing daily operations of the East Valley Inpatient Pharmacy, associated clinics, and departments serviced by the Inpatient Pharmacy. Directly manages inpatient pharmacy supervisors, pharmacists, technicians, interns, and students while being responsible for human resource management functions of direct reports. As a leader within the pharmacy, this individual is responsible for working with other pharmacy leaders to prioritize, plan and appropriately allocate resources needed to meet key departmental and facility initiatives.
