This is a unique position for a neonatologist looking for an excellent work/life balance. A successful candidate will initially be the inpatient Director of Round Rock Hospital’s Labor and Delivery unit which handles 70-120 deliveries a month and will ultimately grow into the NICU Director for a Level 3, 12 bed NICU opening in a new medical tower in 2024. This Neonatologist will be highly involved in the strategic planning for the expansion prior to the completion. This Physician will supervise 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and will share in-house duties and calls as well as oversee additional staff hired in the future.
