We're seeking an additional BC/BE Pediatrician to join our Neonatal Hospitalist program at Palmdale Regional Medical Center in Palmdale, CA.

• Hospitalists are responsible for caring for unassigned well newborns, attending high risk deliveries, resuscitation and stabilizing sick babies for transport to our affiliated Level III NICU at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena.
• The Labor and Delivery service at the hospital is averaging 1,000 - 1,200 deliveries/year.
• There is 24-hour in-house OB Hospitalist coverage.
• New state-of-the-art 6-bed level II NICU opening in March 2023.
• Flexible work/life balance schedule with 24-hour call from home shifts.
• New grads and commuters are welcome to apply.
• Full and part-time positions available.
• Base compensation is $200,000 - $260,000 with bonus potential.
