TLC Pediatrics is a growing, well-established, community-oriented private practice seeking to add Pediatricians to our team.  We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package for both full-time and part-time physicians.

• You will have a 1:4 week office call schedule by phone with the triage nurse as the primary responder and no hospital call coverage.

Our Compensation and Benefits Package:

• A 4-day workweek with a base salary starting at $200,000 or more, depending on experience, for full-time physicians.
• A production-based incentive bonus.
• Excellent benefits including paid CME, professional liability insurance, a matching 401K plan, paid time off, medical insurance, dental insurance, and voluntary insurance.
• Negotiable relocation assistance.

 Requirements:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Pediatrician
• Previous experience is preferred but not essential
