OverviewSt. Luke's Health System is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial, patient focused and fast paced Family Medicine team at St. Luke's South Meridian Family Medicine and Pediatrics Clinic. The selected individual will be working closely with three physicians and one other APP sharing a panel, using a team based care model. The Advanced Practitioner is responsible for providing high-quality healthcare through the diagnosis and treatment of patients with conditions ranging from mild, to acute and/or chronic.
