Seeking an experienced casual part time pediatric nurse practitioner (PNP) for the well baby nursery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. This position will work 2 weekends a month. The ideal candidate will: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, trainees, and other staff to leverage expertise and deliver exceptional well baby nursery care; Act as a generous advocate for all stakeholders - including patients, parents, guardians, nurses, physicians, students and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital; Participate in team meetings, educational sessions, quality improvement initiatives and cross-collaborative opportunities with other departments; Build honest relationships with effective communication.
