A clinic located in Texas is seeking a pediatrician to join their team of 3 other pediatricians and 3 NPs. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and there are no administrative duties. There will be a 1:6 call that is shared with other pediatricians in the area. The group uses a pediatric hospitalist for inpatient duties. The incoming physician will see 25 to 30 patients per day on average. The clinic has access to an on-site lab and X-ray. This opportunity has a salary plus productivity bonus with profit sharing starting in year 2.
