Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care for teen population
• General Office hours
• Will see patient ages 10-22
• Epic experience

Job Qualifications:

• Experience as a provider is a plus
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
