Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Child and Adolescent Advanced Practice Clinician for a Great Opportunity in Northern New Jersey
Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join the Department of Psychiatry. Our growing team consists of highly skilled Psychiatrists and Advanced Practice Clinicians working together to provide outpatient psychiatric treatment for children and adolescents. The outpatient practice is located in Florham Park, NJ, affiliated with Overlook Medical Center and Newton Medical Center.
The primary role of the APC is to coordinate patient care, communicate, and collaborate extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family/guardian. The APC will be working in an outpatient practice environment and work alongside the program's Psychiatrists to provide medication evaluations and management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working with children and adolescents.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- Minimum of two (2) years working with children and adolescents
- Must have excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
