Neonatology Associates of Northern California (NANC) is seeking a BE/BC Neonatologist to join our team which in association with Sutter Healthcare, our physician group has provided neonatal care in the Sacramento region since 1974.
We care for ill newborns at two sites. Our NICU in Sacramento is a busy 61-bed Level IV Regional facility with about 1200 admissions per year, and our second NICU located in Roseville, CA is a 16-bed Community level NICU with about 450 admissions per year.
We offer conventional and high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, total body hypothermia, pre-surgical care for complex congenital heart disease, and pre-ECMO care, all backed by strong subspecialty support.
Our regional transport team staffed by specially trained nurses and respiratory therapists brings patients to our NICUs by ground or air, covering a large geographic area.
We take pride in providing evidence-based medical care and we achieve excellent neonatal outcomes when compared to benchmark data.
We seek enthusiastic and energetic individuals that not only provide excellent neonatal care but are interested in promoting and developing our program by participating in teaching, QI projects, hospital committees, and outreach education.
We believe that satisfied physicians favor quality patient care and foster staff and community relationships. Our program promotes a balance between professional and personal quality of life for our neonatologists.
If interested in learning more about our program, please inquire and send your CV to our recruitment team.
