ChristianaCare is recruiting for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Neonatal Experience to work in our newly designed, state of the art, private-room Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit located within the new Center for Women's & Children's Health at our Newark Campus and our Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at our affiliate hospital in Dover, Delaware. ChristianaCare TM is the state of Delaware's only tertiary care center for high-risk pregnancies and has over 6300 deliveries per year. We are proud to have 6 couplet suites located in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that are solely dedicated to the care of both the mother and neonate.
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will become a member of our collaborative team compromising of neonatologists, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, nurses, residents, fellows and ancillary team members who are dedicated to the care of neonates and their families. The ideal candidate will function as an advanced practice provider who directs the medical management of infants in various setting including the delivery room, intensive care unit and transport team.

Requirements:
Licensure or license eligible for Delaware Registered Nurse and Advanced practice Registered Nurse as set forth by the Delaware Board of Nursing.
Licensure or license eligible for Maryland Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse as set forth by the Maryland Board of Nursing
License or license eligible as a Physician Assistant in the state of Delaware
License or license eligible as a Physician Assistant in the state of Maryland
Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program and have NCCPA Certification
BLS required
NRP certification required
