The University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine is seeking a full-time faculty on the Education Scholar pathway for a unique opportunity to become Director of Evaluation and Assessment. The Director of Evaluation and Assessment provides leadership, oversight, monitoring, and execution of the assessment and evaluation processes for the medical students and curriculum across the four curricular years (MS1-MS4) through evidence-informed practices. The Director develops, manages, and monitors quality assurance programs for the medical education program, including curriculum, assessment of student learning, student services, and admissions, with the aim of providing high-quality data to assist in planning; foster diversity, equity and inclusion; inform decision making;
