Mercy in Lebanon, Missouri is recruiting an additional pediatrician to meet growth in the region and the replacement of a long-term, highly successful, and respected partner. We are an established group with a strong volume and variety of patients. We offer an outpatient clinical practice while also having the ability to take care of newborns and nursery. Our staff is stable with many co-workers being here 20+ years and the hospital feels like a small family!

Mercy Lebanon Pediatrics Offers:

• $275,000 guaranteed annual salary to ramp-up and then rewarding plan based on quality and productivity - realistic earnings at 75%+
• $50,000 Signing bonus plus paid relocation available
• Public service loan forgiveness and NHSC approved sites for student loan repayment options
• General pediatrics - mostly outpatient with some deliveries, nursery, and inpatient as desired
• Home by 5PM every night
• Experienced partners who support the recruitment and will welcome and mentor you - current pediatrician has been here 25+ years

• Access to patients right away; high demand, proven volumes, ability to focus on niche or specialty interest
