Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to join a well-established, vibrant practice at PMG Gateway Family Medicine clinic. This compassionate group of providers is focused on providing team-based, high-value care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, and medically complex patient population. Most providers participate in newborn rounding at Providence Portland Medical Center several weeks throughout the year, and the clinic provides full spectrum family medicine care. The clinic is active in multiple DEI initiatives and health equity grants, including additional support for LGBTQ+ patients, substance use disorder, and volunteering in the community. Our integrative primary care team includes an embedded APP who will support your panel and some In Basket management, on-site behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, and localized case management. - Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
- 4-5 days/week schedule Monday to Friday
- Board-certified Family Medicine physician with additional training for FM w/OB or Surgical OB
- Deliveries preformed at Providence Portland Medical Center
