Pediatric openings in Marion IL: salary plus partnership option
We are a large multi-location Pediatric group with 16 providers at 5 locations in Southern Illinois.
New physicians will work mostly in office with some weekend hospital coverage. No newborn delivery attendance required. After hour call taken by nurses. Adequate nursing and supportive staffing to make provider's job easier.
Benefits include 401k, Malpractice, Dental, vision among others on par with rest of staff. Salary is negotiable based on structure physician wants. Compensation can be "base plus incentives" or contract based with "keep what you earn" model. Partnership available. Job qualifies for Loan forgiveness.
