Denver Health Medical Center is recruiting for a half time (0.5FTE) Pediatrician to join our Pediatric Urgent Care staff. The pediatrician will be joining a team of 12 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers.  Our Pediatric Emergency Department and Urgent Care (PEDUC) sees approximately 26,000 visits per year with a separate entrance, waiting room and staff from the Adult Emergency Medicine Department and Adult Urgent Care on the Denver Health main campus. The PEDUC is a Level 2 verified American College of Surgeons (ACS) trauma site.  Denver Health has an inpatient pediatric ward and PICU for admissions, as well as many pediatric specialty services including pediatric surgery, pediatric anesthesia, pediatric neurology, pediatric cardiology and child life.
