Supervisor Employee & Family Clinic

SUMMARY: Valley Children's Hospital is seeking a Supervisor for its Employee and Family Clinic. Charlie's Clinic sees patients ranging in age, however consists primarily of the adult population.

Based in Madera, CA and Valley Children's has been open for 70 years, growing from a 42-bed hospital to one of the largest pediatric healthcare networks in the Country. This position is accountable for the day to day operations of Charlie's Clinic and staff providing services within the clinic. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff and efficient delivery of services. This position works with clinical and clerical staff to ensure quality patient care and customer satisfaction. As a member of the leadership team, provides input to develop annual operations budget, oversight of the monthly operating expenses and input and fulfillment of business plan goals. This position is also responsible for the implementation of the organization's strategic goals and initiatives at a clinic level.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A valid California RN license is required. Minimum three (3) years related experience with one (1) year supervisory experience. It is strongly preferred to have experience managing a physician based practice/office setting.

POSITION DETAILS: Full time exempt level position

PAY RANGE: $46.00 - $71.85
